
Return and Exchange Policy

At PRIMETECHPC, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free Return and Exchange Policy. Please read the following details regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Watches must be returned in original condition and without signs of wear for a refund or exchange to be processed.
If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, PRIMETECHPC will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
- Email us at info@primetechpc.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #XXXXXX“.
- Include the following details in your message:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return/exchange
- Photographs of the product (if the product is damaged or defective)
Step 2: Await Approval
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review it and send you return authorization along with detailed instructions. Please wait for approval before sending the item(s) back.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
- Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging to avoid any damage during the return process.
- Use a trackable shipping service to return the item(s) and keep the tracking number for your reference.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect product).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in original, unused condition, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by PRIMETECHPC.
Important: Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in original, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow these steps:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
Once the original item is returned and refunded, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@primetechpc.com.
- Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We will either:
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full refund, including return shipping fees.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Personalized or customized watches (unless defective)
- Opened or used watches (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
- Final sale items
7. Late Returns
If the product is returned after 30 days from the date of delivery, we may not be able to process the return or exchange. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product and the timing of the request.
