Refund and Returns Policy

At PrimeTech PC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns

• You can return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Please contact us at info@primetechpc.com to initiate a return request.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exemptions

• Products that are personalized, custom-made, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
